Dena A Poem written for the novel "So Said To Be"

When one life ends another life begins taking its new shape, a new meaning, a purpose… If we find ourselves lucky enough to enjoy some of the things life has to offer, to most the battle is won. My life should be my own my freedom to live, to breathe, and to love. The moment I saw you I knew, but your heart was empty.
