I recently received a rejection and would like to know what others think of it.

"Thank you for your interest in ##### books. I have taken a look at your manuscript submission entitled "Colors of the Sun." Though it does have some potential, I believe it needs a professional editor before I can consider publishing it."

I would like to know what kind of editing I can do to the manuscript that would qualify as professional editing without paying someone to look it over.
