I am not saying we should be there, but you cannot compare the pilots to the people who strap bombs to children in order to get close. I am also not interested nor do I have time to get into a discussion like this at this time. Call me cold, selfi...

True - in that case you can bet they've got enough legal mumbo-jumbo in the papers you've already signed to make you responsible for everything dating back to Pearl Harbor. You really do need to ask a lawyer - although, a good real estate agent m...

Survivor and pusher, or the infamous professional victim? which one are you?

Everywhere I go now, all I hear is how someone is offended by something and wants someone to fix it, I see overwhelming pessimism, I hear people whining about how tough they have it and just a bunch of pissing and moaning about their problems, like they are the only ones with problems. Then, on top of it all, god forbid someone tell them how to fix the problem, they would rather someone else fix it for them. This is what I call the "Professional Victim" I have one thing to say to the people who… Continue

A quarter century

A Quarter Century

On Thursday April 30th I turned 25. So I am taking a moment to reflect. I have found this to be quite relaxing, and encouraging to think of everything that has happened to me and know that I am still standing…no not standing, moving forward. I encourage everyone to do this periodically. Just sit back, close your eyes and go back. Go back to what made you happy, what made you sad, your accomplishments, your failures and the lessons learned from them, whether you got the right… Continue

Im coming back, here is what happened. Please Do Not Ridicule

Greetings Fellow writers. I am now able to type two handed, finally. So I am writing to tell everyone what happened. Before I do however, I need to address something. The accident was a careless mistake on my part. It was totally my fault, and very out of my character. It should also be an eye opener to folks. No matter how experienced you are at something, you can still make a mistake. A dire mistake, a life altering mistake. No one needs to tell me how stupid my mistake was, believe me I know.… Continue

Going to surgery today.

Well, bare with me because I am typing with one hand. I had an accident on saturday which resulted in a hole in the palm of my left hand. The damage was extensive enough to constitute a 5th ray amputation. Basically my pinky and part of my palm. Sometime after recovery (2-4 weeks) I will be back and kicking. Typing with 7 fingers instead of 8, plus the 2 thumbs. Don't worry, i'm not sad or anything, it is what it is and i have a great since of humor about it. I have already got numorous nickname… Continue

Dropping by to say hi

I know I have been out of slot for a while, unfortunately it will be a little longer. I have just completed the private investigator training and now must concentrate on finding work. Wish me luck!

Hey Jon,

Yes, I read Hill's book.

Currently on my desk is the Bible and a book by Don Miguel Ruiz entitled, The Four Agreements.

Bless God... so much inspiration in the world {:-)

Hey Jon,
I like your new layout and update profile pic. I'm a 'woodsy/nature' person anyway; very nice layout and color-scheme.

Just a note on the blueish font shade: It's either a little too dark or faded, as it appears from my end; can't read the words.
