I don't know when last you were in high school, but you might find it fun to experiment with little stories --sometimes they can take a road less traveled, and you might be surprised where your mind might go.

You can experiment and have fun with them --esp. just waiting in the doctor's waiting room, riding the subway or bus, car pooling, or whenever you don't feel like writing something serious or too lengthy, but you still feel the need to write.

Short story writing is an art in itself and many famous writers have written short stories.

Anyway, if you don't feel quite like submitting stories, perhaps you might drop by once in a while and help some of the author's in the group with comments/critiques? I would appreciate it; I sure could use the help.
