I think the worst part would be already a fact when we lose the person we love. The greatest sacrifice would be to set him free to choose whoever he wants and never see him again. I would do this.

Oh you're funny, Rianna. You love your first born daughter and you know it. She's amazing and without her your life would be dull and pointless. Think about all the "old" jokes you would have to live without.

I'd move heaven and earth to get my wife back. I'd tear down walls, rip apart doors and kill anyone who stood in my way.

One thing I have tried over and over again to tell my children is people will judge you by the way you look. If two people are applying for a job at say GE. One applicant comes in dressed in a suit, is well groomed, His nails are well manicured, he…

I think I'm seeing a little reverse snobbery here. Back in the day, when I was working as the Beadle of the Worshipful Company of Merchant Taylors in the City of London, I had to wear a uniform. This consisted of a white shirt, tie (my old regiment,…

Labels: Cool or Annoying?

So lately I've been thinking about the "popular" labels that are out there in this wonderful world we're living in. Preppy, sporty, tomboy, emo, scene, gothic, and girly are just a few of the labels that are surrounding us, but are they really cool? In my opinion they're not. Who are we to be labeled by others by the way we dress? Of course that's the world we're living in though. People don't care about how kind you are or how much pain you've endured. All people care about now is money and app… Continue

Now what?

I just finished my novel and being fifteen that is saying alot (in my opinion), but I have a feeling that things aren't going to be easy. I can't think of any serious publishing company that would even be willing to look at my novel considering how young I am. As happy as I was at eight thirty tonight, reality is finally sinking in. Of course I'm still enjoying the fact that it's finally finished, but still I am wondering and trying to think of where I should go next. There is editing, of course… Continue

A Teenager's View on the World.

Growing up in the world today is a lot different from how my parents and grandparents grew up. Murder and gangs are around every corner it seems now a days. I know kids as young as ten going to parties, getting drunk, then calling there parents to come and pick them up. To me a parent's job is not to necessarily hide a child from the world but at least protect them from it and tell them the side effects. I'm friends with a guy who smokes and his parents buy him the cigarettes. What is the world… Continue

Hey

Hello everyone. If you have noticed, I'm the newbie. Some of you might know my mom, Rianna. Anyway I'm fourteen years old and I've been writing since I was seven. I write mostly fictional and romance, but the topics and ideas can fit into other random categories as well. I'm open to ideas and your criticism is recommended. I'm not an experienced writer and I'm here to learn more about writing and expand my writing skills. I'm happy to make new friends also so please send your invites.

Hi, Cassie. I think your mom is a cool person. I hope you appreciate her. To be a writer, you have to write. Listen to criticism from others, but feel free to ignore it if you want. Some people just want to grind their axes. If, however, two or more people say the same thing, then you should listen. Don't take anything personally, and if anyone ever makes it personal, then he or she is a jerk and not worthy of your attention. These are two things I have learned in my writing career. I didn't start until I was in my 20's. I wish I had started when I was 14.
