L. Diane Wolfe's Interview With Author And Publisher Carol Denbow, a.k.a., Author 101

You have quite the variety of non-fiction books – how did this occur?
Well L. Diane, I think I see a need and quickly develop a twisted sort of desire to fill it. My first book, Are You Ready to Be Your Own Boss? was a book I had wanted to write for many years. As a woma… Continue

Review for "How to Organize a Virtual Book Tour"

“Times are changing and the world of writing has certainly joined this trend. Studies tell us that readers are no longer heading to physical bookstores and libraries in the numbers that we once experienced. So where are today’s readers? Online – and that is where authors,… Continue

How to Organize a Virtual Book Tour

Since I started my virtual book touring agency, I’ve had lots of friends ask me to put their tours together for them. Well I do have a problem charging friends my full fee for book tour organizing, yet it’s hard to say no and stick to my guns, my time is so limited. So I d… Continue

Happy New Year! I was just looking over my writers box page and I noticed you are from the same area as I am, That is actually not a very common thing to find when you are online. It is nice to see someone who is from around here. I enjoyed your posts and your websites, thanks for adding me as a friend, maybe we will bump into each other sometime.

Thanks again for the add. At a glance, I see you have a lot to offer writers. Seems I'm in the right place at the right time. I just love how things come together.

Just been hangin' out on your other sites, Carol! You've got some really good tools that I need to get ahold of and put in my "Writer's Toolbox" (that I don't really have yet, but I'll be getting the basics soon)! Thx for sharing & writing of your experience on these topics.

Hi Carol! I'm new to this whole writing thing (as well as to The Box community), and was just reviewing your recent blog post. I MUST check out your recent book on the basics of the "how-to's"! Thx for coving the topic, and I hope to catch you soon.
Best wishes...

Hi Carol! Just wanted to stop by and say hello. I left a comment on your blogradio with Yvonne. I know you, you have become so busy now you haven't checked any of the comments. Well, that's ok. I left it for others to read about you anyway. Carol, if I can ever get over this election, which by the way, is comsuming my every waking moment and I don't know why, I'll submit you to more items for your upcoming book. That is, if you haven't finished it by then. Politics have never been my fancy, but it has become that for me. Daily, I sit down and write endless pages of articles and fire them off to CNN, NY Times, USA Today and whomever I can send them to. I don't know why, but I feel I have to do this. It has become that important to me. Once I get those things out of my system, hopefully I will return to normal and focus on my own novels. You know, this senerio, what is happening around the world is ironically what my first book, Eyes of the Cross, is about. If it plays out that way, we are in a world of hurt. Pretty Scary stuff. See ya soon Carol.

Hi Carol --

Thanks for connecting. Good luck with your current books. Lucky you to live along the Oregon coast -- so pretty there!
