Technically, all your work is copywrited as soon as it hits the page, but in a court of law, you are better off with the bonefide thing. You can send in everything you've written to the copywrite office once a year and for 30-some dollars have it all copywrited. You don't have to send in each individual piece. Here, I would worry more about having your work considered published once posted. Many publishers want first rights and if it's been published, that's something you can't give. Also, if you're interested, I can recommend my illustrator, who is also an agent and might do you a pretty good deal. She's illustrating the first of a series for me as we speak. Also since this is my first real book I want to put out for publishing, I worry about putting it out there for editing and such. I thought about posting it here, but I am unsure about doing that.

It is a simple rhyming book, for ages 2-8. any suggestions?
